Coming 2026
The Aude region is known for its variety: Mediterranean coastlines, rugged hills, and historic towns like Carcassonne. From Pieusse, you’re right in the middle of it all, close enough to explore, but far enough to feel away from it.
We often base out of Pieusse, which is a small wine-making village in the Aude, tucked just outside Limoux in the south of France. The area is surrounded by rolling vineyards, quiet roads, and views that stretch toward the Pyrenees. It’s a place where life moves at an easier pace, with morning markets, long lunches, and rides that take you past stone walls and through centuries-old villages.
From Piuesse, the roads open up in every direction: vineyard loops for an easy spin, quiet country lanes that roll for miles, and climbs that lead into the Pyrenean foothills. It’s the kind of riding where traffic is scarce, the scenery changes around every bend, and you can finish the day with a glass of the same wine you rode past that morning.
